For me SDC didn’t work for 3 reasons: plant based products, chicken which is high in omega 6, and honey which is a deadly combination of glucose and fructose = hello fatty liver… Some people like me need a real elimination diet : only fatty meats or meats with added animal fats !!!

I started to heal since I eliminated chicken and chicken broth, plants, including spices, and honey ! And the ripe banana thing never worked for me either… Adhering fanatically was useless ! “Legal foods” made me sick !!! The specific carbs is an interesting theory, but plants are not food, they are all toxic and contain poisons : used punctually like meds can be helpful and that’s it. Not every day, no regularly.

The only carbs I consumed where in my homemade 24h yogurt, now are in my homemade milk kefir – I started milk kefir because its bacteria colonize the intestine and yogurt bacteria don’t. I think yogurt or milk kefir can boost the healing process, but is not necessary if you are only eating fatty meat. Is more for the variety, it is a healthy desert… And yes, I know milk kefir it’s not legal but legal foods didn’t work for me anyway and I don’t have any histamine problems. 1 or 2 cups of milk kefir a day worked like a charm and some cheese (only animal rennet) now and them – of course you don’t want to overeat dairy because it can be inflammatory – certainly it is less inflammatory than eating plants and/or insects ! Plants and insects have antinutrients/toxins
