5 Reasons Why Gluten Free Doesn’t Work and What to do Instead

Have you given the gluten free eating plan your best effort and still feel like you’ve come up short?

  • Maybe your gut pain is still there.
  • Maybe your diarrhea hasn’t gone away.
  • Maybe there’s just something off, but you can’t figure out what it is.

You’re not alone.

This happens much more than most of us realize.  It might seem like everyone’s jumping on the gluten free bandwagon and it’s going like gangbusters for them, but the truth is, there’s a lot of confused mamas out there wondering if the gluten free bandwagon is for everyone but them.

Well, listen up because I’ve got some good news for you.

I know why gluten free isn’t working like you’d hoped and today, I’m going to share with you why.

There’s 5 reasons actually.

5 reasons why your trek into gluten freedom hasn’t been so freeing after all.

After you hear these 5 reason and what to do about it, you’ll be able to make the tweaks you need to find out once and for all if that one-way ticket you bought on the gluten freedom train was your best investment or a waste of money.

I’m sure you’ve heard about all the conditions helped by a gluten free diet.  The list is endless:

  • Gut issues like IBS, Crohn’s, Colitis and Celiac.

But we can’t stop there because gluten is far reaching.

  • It affects our skin with rashes, eczema, acne and psoriasis.
  • It affects or brain with brain fog, lack of concentration and poor memory, anxiety, depression, even moodiness.
  • It seeps into our immune systems and affects autoimmune conditions like lupus, multiple sclerosis and thyroid disease.

Yep, the negative impact of gluten can be seen and heard throughout our body.  It’s no wonder it’s the first in line as the go-to treatment to cure all that ails you.

But here’s the thing and it’s a BIG ONE.

There’s a missing link between deciding it’s the right path for you and actually doing it successfully.  It’s like a puzzle where you have all the pieces except for two or three.

It’s so frustrating when you know you are this close to completing the puzzle, right?

A puzzle just isn’t complete without that last puzzle piece.

I remember back when I was thinking about going gluten free.  And, truthfully, there wasn’t just one moment when I thought about it. There were dozens of moments over a 10-year period. I kept hearing all about what gluten free could do for my Crohn’s symptoms, but without the roadmap to get me from point A (sick and tired of being sick and tired) to point B (the happy, healthy mom I always dreamed I’d be) I was stuck.

  • Stuck in indecision
  • Stuck in confusion
  • Stuck in a vicious cycle

Maybe you can relate?

Over my years as a Digestive Coach for Moms, I’ve found that there’s two types of ladies where gluten free goes totally wrong. #1: Those who dive in with both feet only to come up short because they don’t have all the puzzle pieces to make the puzzle fit together or #2: Those who never dive in for fear that they can’t do it perfectly. So they just don’t do anything at all.

Which one are you?

I’m the latter.

Hello, Miss Perfectionist here.  Happy to meet you!

It wasn’t until I finally put the gluten free puzzle pieces together that I finally got the big picture.

I finally got why gluten free doesn’t work for so many people and now with this information (the last few missing puzzle pieces if you will), I realized why it isn’t working for so many others too.

And that’s what I’m going to share with you in the video below.

The 5 Reasons Gluten Free Doesn’t Work (check out the video below)

But even better than that, I’m going to show you that if you are stuck in one of these reasons, there is a way to get unstuck and move on to bigger and better and I’ll show you how.

Basically, I’m going to give you the roadmap for those last few puzzle pieces.
